So you've just stepped into the new world and you are level 2. Please note that this world is a free-roam game: you are not on stage 2; you are level 2.

Thus, you will panic at the level 86 beauty walking down the street catching everyone's eye and you will idolize the level 97 male who probably is walking with that level 86 beauty.

Perhaps you may have already entered the world at level 3, 5, or even 23, but for generalization purposes we will assume you are level 2, and work from there. So how exactly do you level up? Let us not worry about that yet. Before you get into battle and gaining experience points, you are going to have to go through the game's short beginning tutorial. After learning how to play you'll be given basic gear and stats to guarantee a win on your first battle.

In summary: If you have played and mastered any MMORPG game, you will understand that you were once a noob looking up to the pros, but with understanding the improvements and then improving your character, you were able to rise to the top. As a gamer, leveling in this new game will become an easy transition.
